OmniClouds and Virtual Vision (V2) have signed a joint venture agreement to design, supply, sell and service advanced innovative solutions related to the Cloud and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services in KSA and GCC markets.

OmniClouds and Virtual Vision announced today that they have entered into definitive agreements for a long-term strategic partnership that is expected to accelerate growth for both companies in the fast-growing, global ICT industry. The new, innovative partnership leverages the respective strengths of OmniClouds, and Virtual Vision in offering innovative cloud solutions to KSA users. The agreement brings together two influential service providers serving their commitment towards Saudi vision 2030. Importantly, the partnership strategically aligns both companies for the long-term by combining the strength of OmniClouds global presence with Virtual Visions dedicated expertise as a leading cloud provider in KSA.

Virtual vision
